Oman tourism – Gearing up for the future: Event by OFA
MUSCAT: In an endeavor to support the booming tourism sector of the Sultanate, OFA will be hosting a premium event titled “Oman tourism – Gearing up for the future”. The event will be held on Sunday, 11 November 2018 at Kempinski Hotel under the auspices of Maitha Saif Al Marhouqi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism. The invitees to this elite event will comprise of over two hundred “C” level executives from private organiSations in the tourism sector, as well as the ministers and under-secretaries from ministries.
Cyril Piaia, Associate Partner, Stratford & Russell and Board Member of OFA will moderate two panels of discussions. The panelists will cast light on existing capabilities and future strategies of Oman to leverage on tourism as a key driver of economic growth and social development. Before this grand event, four famous French bloggers have been appointed to travel Oman and post daily about the beautiful places they visit.
