Mrs Hind Bahwan


Chairman of Bahwan Cybertek LLC


Ms Bahwan is the Founder and Chairperson of Bahwan CyberTek Group which is focused on IT, logistics and engineering projects.

Ms Bahwan is involved in and has served on the Boards of a variety of public and private organizations. She is a Member of the Middle Centre Advisory Board of the London School of Economics, a Member of the Middle East Advisory Board of Coutts & Co., and a Board member of the Family Business Network (FBN) for GCC. She is also the Chairman of the Omani French Friendship Association.

She had served as a Member on the Middle East Advisory Board of the Deutsche Bank and on the board of Oman’s Public Authority for Social Insurance. She had previously chaired the Oman Chapter of Young President’s Organization (YPO).

Ms Bahwan is a recipient of many honors including Ernst & Young’s ‘Oman’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2000’, Arabian Business ‘e-Achiever of the Year’ award from H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rasheed in 2001, ‘IT Women of the Year 2002’ award by UNDP, ‘Global Leaders for Tomorrow’ award by the World Economic Forum in 2003, ‘Global Young Leader’ by the World Economic Forum in 2007 and ‘Woman of Power Award’ by Asian Business Leadership Forum in 2011.

Ms Bahwan is a graduate in Computer Science, a Harvard Business School alumna and a Kellogg School of Management Executive Scholar in leadership and management.

He served as a Finance Director at Hidd Power Company (BSC).
He has more than 15 years of experience working in France, Mexico, Italy and UAE.
He served as Business Controller for the Middle East and North Africa region of GDF SUEZ Energy International since 2007. He had been responsible for the follow-up and consolidation of financial flows of GDF SUEZ Energy activities in the region. Before joining GDF SUEZ, he served for several Chief Financial Officer positions in Europe and North America.

Guillaume has been Non-Executive & Independent Director of Al Batinah Power Company (SAOG) since March 2014.
He served as a Non-Executive & Independent Director at Al Suwadi Power Company SAOG since March 2014.
He had been a Director of United Power Company (SAOG) since November 6, 2013 until February 6th 2015.
Mr. Baudet served as a Director of Sohar Power Company SAOG from July 27, 2010 to March 6, 2011.

He is a graduate in Finance. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, ISC Paris Business School Management Program from CEDEP/INSEAD, France. He also holds University Degree in Business and Administration from Université de Toulon.

Mr. Patrick Claude Choffel serves as Advisory Board Member at Apis Partners LLP.

Mr. Choffel has been an Independent Director at Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance since November 8, 2015. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Oman Insurance Company from September 26, 2011 to May 2015, where he led the company’s strategy revamp and retained its market leadership. Under Mr. Choffel’s leadership, the firm gained recognition in the region and won various awards. Since retiring from OIC, in the summer of 2015, Mr. Choffel has resumed his Consulting /Advisory activities out of his own company set up in DMCC free Zone, in Dubai.

Mr. Choffel served as AIG Regional President MEASA for ALICO. He has had a long career with AIG in different executive management positions, developing new markets, turned around ailing business and managed risks.
Mr. Choffel served as a Director of IGI Life Insurance Limited until January 1, 2009. He served as a Director at Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited until 2015.

Mr. Choffel attended the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Paris where he received a Diploma in Business Administration (Finance), and the University of Wyoming where he got a Master of Science in Business Administration. Piaia also previously held an advisory post with the United Nations in Bangkok, Thailand and acted 9 years in Strategy and Corporate Finance consulting with Arthur Andersen in Paris, while spearheading the development of Arthur Andersen’s leading consulting practice for Travel & Tourism in Europe. Of the lesser known facts about the CEO of Musstir is his passion for desert exploration, high mountaineering and archaeological digs in Guyana forest and Libya.

Mr. Talal Said Al Mamari is the Chief Executive Officer of Omantel since 29th June 2014. He has 24 years of experience in the telecom sector working for Omantel. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Talal held several leadership positions and the last one was Chief Financial Officer of Omantel. Talal Al Mamari played an instrumental role in different initiatives and projects carried out by the Company including the IPO in 2005, the restructuring of Omantel by bringing the mobile and fixed operations together, the full legal merger of Oman Mobile with Omantel, the second divestment of Government share in Omantel and leading Omantel team for the acquisition of 21.9% in Zain Group.

Mr. Talal Al Mamari sits on the Board of different Companies and Investment Funds such as Zain Group, Oman Corporate Governance & Sustainability Centre, and Al Amal Fund.

Mr Yves Le Bail

Yves Le Bail has been working in the Oil & Gas Industry for more than 30 years.

He started as a Reservoir Engineer in charge of field operations, field development studies, and portfolio evaluation for Elf Aquitaine in West-Africa and North Sea. He then moved to the Natural Gas Division to negotiate gas and LNG new developments in Europe and Middle-East.

Back to Exploration & Production, he was appointed Joint Ventures Manager for Elf Gabon. He then Joined Total in 2000 as Vice President E&P Joint Ventures Coordination to merge the JV experiences from Total, Fina and Elf Aquitaine and to develop a worldwide network of JV Managers.

He joined the Total Group Holding in 2004 as Vice President Public Affairs for Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Southern Africa, and served also as Board member for the “France-Chine Comite” in the Medef.

Back to E&P in 2009 he was appointed Vice President Asia Pacific (Delegate China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia) based in Singapore and served also as Energy President and Board member for the French Chamber of Commerce. Since 2017, he is the Group Country Chair for Oman and the Managing Director of Total E&P Oman, based in Muscat.

He is Graduated a Fluid Mechanics Engineer from the “Ecole Centrale” (France) and a Petroleum Engineer from the French Petroleum Institute (IFP School – France). He has been nominated a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government.
