Ms Bahwan is the Founder and Chairperson of Bahwan CyberTek Group which is focused on IT, logistics and engineering projects.
Ms Bahwan is involved in and has served on the Boards of a variety of public and private organizations. She is a Member of the Middle Centre Advisory Board of the London School of Economics, a Member of the Middle East Advisory Board of Coutts & Co., and a Board member of the Family Business Network (FBN) for GCC. She is also the Chairman of the Omani French Friendship Association.
She had served as a Member on the Middle East Advisory Board of the Deutsche Bank and on the board of Oman’s Public Authority for Social Insurance. She had previously chaired the Oman Chapter of Young President’s Organization (YPO).

Mr Yves Le Bail

Yves Le Bail has been working in the Oil & Gas Industry for more than 30 years.
He started as a Reservoir Engineer in charge of field operations, field development studies, and portfolio evaluation for Elf Aquitaine in West-Africa and North Sea. He then moved to the Natural Gas Division to negotiate gas and LNG new developments in Europe and Middle-East.
Back to Exploration & Production, he was appointed Joint Ventures Manager for Elf Gabon. He then Joined Total in 2000 as Vice President E&P Joint Ventures Coordination to merge the JV experiences from Total, Fina and Elf Aquitaine and to develop a worldwide network of JV Managers.
He joined the Total Group Holding in 2004 as Vice President Public Affairs for Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Southern Africa, and served also as Board member for the “France-Chine Comite” in the Medef.
Back to E&P in 2009 he was appointed Vice President Asia Pacific (Delegate China, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia) based in Singapore and served also as Energy President and Board member for the French Chamber of Commerce. Since 2017, he is the Group Country Chair for Oman and the Managing Director of Total E&P Oman, based in Muscat.
He is Graduated a Fluid Mechanics Engineer from the “Ecole Centrale” (France) and a Petroleum Engineer from the French Petroleum Institute (IFP School – France). He has been nominated a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government.
